Its under everyones feet no matter where you stand. Its the earth itself.

Just drill two oil wells some distance appart as deep as is required to turn water into pressurized steam (like a boiler) and crack the rocks at the bottom of the two wells. NOW just pump water into one of the wells down to the bottom (any kind of not saline water should do). Turn it to steam down below and suck the steam up on the second well into turbo plants.

Wells start to clog up just send another exposive charge down to shake things up and clean out the fussures.

NO FUELS burnt and if you make the entire system a closed loop refeeding back the condensed steam you will have to add ONLY a little bit of extra water to replace that which got lost in the prosessing and maintenance of the system.
