It seems that the system administrator is a tumerok. In the late afternoon, he stood up to go for coffee break, and he tail spilled an open can of soda pop on the server computer.

He tried to cover the whole thing up, but a police investigation matched the tail prints on the pop can with his tail.

The server was down for most of the day because lugian technicians were the only ones on call at that time. The first time they tried to fix the server, one of them accidentally snapped the new motherboard in half. They eventually got it right, but insisted the horrible lag remain in Linvak Tuval as part of a tightly guarded lugian secret.
