Sorry it sounded like that - I just meant you're much more normal than I expected and that's probably a good thing.(Well, completely "normal" is completely boring, but ya know what I mean . . .) So, it seems like you're very interesting without being "out there." Too bad we didn't have more time to really talk, though, and get to know each other. Kinda tough with everyone there, and I do tend to let Karen do the talking when we're together. Guess that's what e-mail is for.
I forget, too, that you aren't on most of the boards where I am comfortable to REALLY talk about myself, forget that you haven't read all the gruesome details. So many boards, so little time!
My friends wife seems to enjoy meeting very very interesting people. Her family knew Charles Manson pretty well, for example. :-/ While, I suppose someone has to be his friend! Okay, irrelevant, but interesting tidbit.
Yeah, Karen was slightly weird, but was a pretty good sport, I thought, considering her insecurities. She had a rough childhood, parents did NOT help her self-esteem, and then I go and tell her I'm not really attracted to her after all, you see. As a teen, she was told she couldn't work in the family business along side her sibling because she was too fat, for example. Her stepmother, who I hope dies of lung cancer, tells her to "just stop eating so much." (Just quit smoking, lady! And quit saying overly direct personal things before your brain has processed them, while you are at it!)
I personally had no fear about you saying too much, but was asked to be explicit, so I'd hoped you'd more or less blow that off - sorry if you felt "stifled"! (Ooo - that sounds sort of like a BDSM thing!)
Have a great day, dudes and dudettes.
