The clouds puff on a magic wind
Then toss rain from nowhere to the ground
Causing illusions to appear in deep puddles
Like miracles presented in colorful clothes
As mysteries are born of mud and water
And flowers stand tall from the dust
The sky all dressed in gray, magician by trade,
Tips his hat to the lovely woman in blue
As sparkles fly into an evening romance
And dinner for two on a starlight horizon
Coincidentally reflected by colorful puddles
And a hand full of flowers held tightly
With the sunset turning to the color of wine
Poured into stemmed glasses of midnight hue
Lovers walk and converse about the weather
To the scent of musk and damp foliage
Lost in the inebriation of the aroma,
As thoughts are clouded in the magic of love
