Leonard has to post a flyer all over London to the affect: All business with licenses from the Office of Commerce stamped by the Deputy of Commerce are now in question w/ their filing.

Posting the official document around London, Leonard thinks to himself, 'how it must be tense talking to Mary tomorrow.'
