EC MEMBERS,
There will be a meeting at lunch on WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 4 in room 129, we are going to plan when to finish the parking lot observations and prepare to choose a representative for grades 9 through to grades 11. These representatives will be responsible for informing their grade of upcoming meetings, projects, etc. The representatives will have the chance to apply their ideas to the environmental club. This will be an important meeting, so please attend.
As well, in the meeting we need to decide the best way to gather more contact information from schools in Toronto. The contact information needs to be complete by friday, as well as the parking lot obersvations (which will also be discussed at the meeting)
So again, it is crucial that everyone attends.
