Don't leave it too late, flight prices appear to increase the later you book. At the moment i get the impression you'd do very well to get anything under 300 pounds...

Most of the Oxford lot will probably go to Orlando for a couple of days and do the whole Disney-stuff... are you planning on anything like that? Last time Dianne Barron organised it all, but i think it's up to individuals / universities this time...
