 I was a fire fighter who was called to an accident scene where a car had run under a flatbed decapitating the driver.
The cop was writing his report and speaking out loud as he wrote.
“….Victim was decapitated after colliding with a flat bed truck, head was found on the bouleva, boul, bolele,” at this point he kicked the head and continued writing “head was found in the ditch.”
Dumb cop!
