Actually you would have to add the cap to the AGC filter pin of the IF chip. It should be changed to 47uf or 100uf (You can find out specs on the IF chips (In the VCR/Convertor, etc.) on the 3-chip page. If you don't feel comfortable changing this cap, another option is to just place a 47uf one in parallel with the one that's already on the IF chip. Also, depending on which system you've built, changing the R24 resistor might help out with regards to picture tear, etc. since Canton's original design had too much input buffer gain (it should be changed to around 220ohm, or place a 1k pot. there to fine tune).
