Try to put a manual AGC and adjusting it and perhaps you will see no more the lines.
To make a manual AGC you must go to IF chip and look at the AGC control (it is where there are a 47uF or a 100uF to ground generally) and make a resistor divisor with a pot and move it until you see better image.
