You could always ride part way.

For me, the day is about meeting fellow scooterists at McDons, watching all the scoots arrive, the ride itself and a chat and a beer at the destination.

Whether on the longer rides there will be a stop off, re-group point etc, where those who want to call it a day can return home from that point, or at any point en route.

I would like to thank the committee for carrying on with a pretty much thankless task with many hours sacrificed, free of charge, so fellow scooterists can have a day out with little expense in order to keep the scene going strong and raise money for charities. It was negative comments like these and the difficulty in prising cash out of people for charity, that brought me to the end of my tether and why I stood down and i'm pleased other people have a thicker skin than I have.

Dave & the committee, keep up the good work lads, you have managed to incorporate alot of feedback & suggestions received last year into this year's rideouts.
