Subject: Irish Music Scholarship Opportunity

This information was given to me yesterday at the Buffalo Feis by one of the directors on the board for the NAFC:

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our scholarship program for 2009. Along with the scholarship awards to the winners of our Championship Belt, Junior and Minor Trophies, we are offering an essay based scholarship to musicians who have competed at an NAFC registered Feis from September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009. This is a great opportunity for those of you whom have been working very diligently on your music skills.

Winners will be announced at the NAFC Convention in October.
