You should seriously think about changing your name since there has been a band called malfunction long before you.

This malfunction was formed in 2003 and has been promoting songs by that name all this time.

Even the genre is so close(though I have no idea how accurate your description is since I haven't heard your songs) that people don't want to get fucked up!!!!

Well it seems to me that band "Malfunction" is from a different country, and i'm not sure many people in Australia know about your Malfunction, and i dont think many people in Germany(or wherever you're from) know about us, so seems to me there will be no confusion :)
