Don't tar us all with one brush. That was a very few minority, a majority of people (myself included) had nothing to do with the Cronulla riots.

That's because Sri Lankans migrate here and HAVE to work harder to become part of society...there are more Asians at selective schools because their parents push them harder. The number of "smart" kids at our school that have absolutely no common sense (way more important than book smarts) is remarkably high...and I'm not talking about the Australian kids. You have better jobs? Tell me, how many Sri Lankans are on that top 400 rich list that gets published every year? I'm thinking somewhere between 0 and 3...

few facts to get straight-i guess we'll never agree on many things because we come from two different worlds-with different standards and expectations...btu ill try a little to break the gap-just so u can understand things
if crappy means killnig for no reason-some guy at an atm being attacked by a group of Australian men during riots isn't crappy right?
naive-im not naive-u have no idea what the real world is like-u've been to europe right-full of nice old develoepd countries-try visiting other parts of the world-developnig countries where homeless people are in the majority and 100's of ppl die a day of diseases easily prevented in AUstralia.
ur newpaper article means nothing-it all dumbs down to a wuestion of what defines crappy-another barrier which will never be broken.
now the 400 list -how many of them are sportspeople? then the rest-how many have been ion australia more than 50 years-howmany came after fleeign their country in fear of their lives and came here with their qualifications meaning almost zilch? ofcourse they ahd to work hard- to earn what the Australians take for granted and what has been given to them and assured to them by the welfare system.
common sense-yeah smarts and common sense dont go hand in hand-but wheres the proof that they dont have common sense...im still waiting on that one.

and if u wanna say that only a few of the Australian took part in the riots -that means Auastralia is crappy-coz according to YOU lanka is crappy becasue of the war-and hardly anyone takes part-its just the two miltant groups who have big heads.
yeah its 50 years later-and do the Aboriginal have all their culture back-are people like US here? yes we are-its nice saying its all in the past-but nothing was done about it-its too late now because society has been built.
