But he still managed to lead the Hornets in points per game with an average of 16.6. The senior also totaled more assists (145) and steals (93) than any other Hornet. Despite being a generous 6-foot, Angley was second in rebounds (157) and blocks (12).
"I don't remember missing that many games," said Angley. "But I saw stuff easier and when I got back I wanted to try it and improve on it."
The point guard, who is bound for Santa Clara University on a basketball scholarship, knows that he will have to step up his game, especially the physical aspect.
"Definitely going to be one of the smallest players," said Angley. "Just have to step up and improve my game."
