Go Broncos! I think we'll be better than expected this year. I like the fact that the new guys seem to be able to actually shoot at a decent %. If Davey can get it together earlier for a change, I think we can get 15-20 wins with the weak pre-season schedule we have. Davey is a great coach for this type of team: inexperienced, unproven, hard working, fast (?), with a decent ability to shoot. I also like it when we have shorter wide body athletes at center instead of tall guys with skills that are soft (Howell over Emslie for example).

Anybody know if Patrick or Nieson or any of the new guys are actually any good? Has anyone here seen them play? Where the heck is Morrisette?

Morrissette has been removed from the team (happened this summer) - Academic and other reasons - Have not heard if he is still in school, but will not play

Saw Niesen play in CIF playoffs. He looked like a talented kid...good first step, liked to drive but shot well from 15' - 20' also. Physical, and often got in foul trouble, which I think is not a bad thing for making the adjustment to college bball. Looked like a natural three who could play some at the four spot if he rebounds well enough.
