Subject: Lopez Twins - Recruits?

I was just reading the local rag and put two and two together. With watching a legendary underrated big man, Alex Lopez,I was wondering what are the chances of landing those little twins that used to run around during those games. Actually, they are not so little anymore, both standing 6'10 and sophomores at local San Joquin Memorial.
Please, if Dick can land these two, we will challenge anybody in the NCAA in three years.

M4P -- if the "local rag" has an on-line version please let us know so we can read ...

SCU should be in good shape the next couple of years ... loosing Howell, JR, and Alex ... but gaining a year of seasoning for Travis and Sean ... (and some toughening up for Sean as well)

the two signed recruits are looked forward to ... and perhaps Angley can come in at PG to spell Kyle and move him to the 2 ....

Don't look for angley to be making any headway in the starting category for next year...and where would Doron go?

I have no link to the article, but you can find them here a fellow 98 alum, sent me this link:

thanks for the Lopez link ... good looking young man (men?) ... don't know the story about Brook and Robin but do remember (and enjoyed) Alex's play ... maybe you can tell us more about them ???

as for Angley ... he wouldn't start at Point ... however the Coaches don't believe they currently have a "true" point guard and might use him to spell Kyle at the point allowing Kyle to move to the shooting guard ...

Doron might get a slight breather or move to the 3rd guard ... (been running that 3 guard offense a bit ... if you consider Ethan a guard)

thanks again for the link ....

here's one back

San Joaquin Panthers stats

Brook Lopez
