Subject: Don't know who he was, buuuuuut

On Wednesday, while working the Ruff Rider table in Benson, i saw Coach Pierce showing a guy around that appeared to be a possible recruit! But here is the good news...he was HUUUUUUUGE! I mean i'm talking probably 6'8 or so, but not just tall...he was thick! Could be a good man inside to post up 2! Any ideas of who he could be?? He looks like just the guy SCU needs.

The recurit looked like Johnny Bryant from Pinole Valley, he is 6-10 290 and is listed as a 4 star prospect. He is considered mid major talent with a hard work ethic. If SCU gets him it would be a great get.

Bryant, who is expected to commit to Santa Clara, USC or Texas Tech as early as this weekend,

Also saw Cliff Sammet in the crowd Last Night vs. the Gaels ... great for him to see the game from the stands and get an understanding of what a great tradition he is getting into ... and what he might want to work on this summer ... perhaps he can get to one of his HS Coach's Dad's summer camps ...
