Subject: Court of Protectiuon

I am advocating for someone who has learning disabilities and mental health issues, and they want to challenge threir court of protection. Has anyone got experience of this, or does anyone know of any successes or failings in having court of protection overturned?

I would get in contact with a Mental Health Advocacy project(in you area) as they are trained to deal with the issue's
