Also you need to relocate the oil filter as it won't clear the crossmember. I bought a filter relocator kit that was garbage. I couldn't get it to stop leaking, so I bought a Ford Motorsport 90 degree oil filter adapter, which rotates the oil filter forward to right where the steering pump is. Worked great and didn't leak at all. I deleted the A/C compressor, and used a steering pump out of a 78 Merc to relocate it higher moving it out of the way of the oil filter. The pump I used bolted directly to the block, as opposed to the one that was on my 351, which bolted to a plate that was bolted to the block. Another option is some 460s have oil coolers and the oil take off is at the filter, so some 460s (the one I saw was in a van) have an adapter that has provisions for an oil cooler and rotates the filter 45 degrees forward, but I don't know for sure if it will clear the crossmember (looked like it might). The best thing to do is find a junkyard that will let you walk around and look at alot of stuff, and see what might work. It's a real strait forward swap, Good luck, you won't regret it.
