In a region that spans from Texas/Oklahoma to Maryland to Mexico - moving it around allows it to be local to some and an airline flight for others. Who it impacts will change every year. If it is only in Orlando - a lot of the schools at the far edges of the region will have a tough time sending their dancers and teams. Even a roadtrip to Orlando from Texas takes two days plus a night at a hotel to get there.
