Subject: Another School closed then tried to say it was a merger to avoid bans

My understanding is a merger would mean staff of one school becomes part of the other. Sometimes they all still teach and have a hyphenated name but I don’t think they need more than 1 teacher to keep working with the school they just merged with and then the other school no longer exists and the dancers who go to the merged school along with that 1 teacher don’t have a ban Whether we agree with the ban or not it should apply equally to all. Schools should not cheat their way around it.
