There is no extra cost to this mini feis besides the awards and any administrative fees owed to Quickfeis. Ballroom fees are flat for the day regardless of what you use them for. Adjudicator and musician fees are set by CLRG and are flat for the entire 3 days regardless of how many events they judge.

You are correct about non-monetary costs. The Friday schedule is a disaster, the stage will be used more, and the judges will be more tired. But you can be certain that the Southern region isn't shelling out a penny more to the Hilton Anatole, the judges, or the musicians for this mini feis.
