"Flying Eagle Heroine" is filming now. Yesterday, leading actor and actress Richie Ren and Michelle Yeoh attended a contract ceremony and conference, attracting over hunderds of reporters from the east and west. Richie Ren drives a motorcycle carrying Michelle Yeoh into the conference which is powerful. Beside them, there're Li Bingbing, BoA, Luka Goss(from Blade2) and Michael Jai White(from matrix). However, those 3 foriegn actors did not attend the conference yesterday. This film's budget is 15 million U.S. dollars.

Beside this, there's previous news saying that MediaAsia's Lam Kin Ouk wanting to promote Li Bingbing. Li Bingbing laughs that she'll be happy if there're bosses to promote her. This film will have a chinese and an english version. Li Bingbing says though her english isn't as good as her chinese but she can handle it.

The idea of "Flying Eagle Heroine" originates from a movie and a book where one is a movie created by Siu Peng in the last century's 50s, 60s "Heorine Wong Un" and another is Ngai Hong's novel "black heorine Mo Lan Fa". b/c the story of "Flying Eagle Heroine" happens in distant future so this film will emphasizes on its futuristic and animate element. Each actor's costume and image will be trendy. Michelle Yeoh, Richie Yeoh and Li Bingbing will wear head-piece in some places, and wear metallic clothing. Action choreography will stress comedic element, hoping to have "action, comedy and excitment" together. Real action is this film's speciality, which is different from same genre's movie that uses CG prominently.
