Hello. The name's Callisto, and i'm an experienced roleplayer. I have Eight years under my belt for when it comes to lurking in e-feds and I do must say that your technique is quiet...interesting. However, if you wish to expand your roster then you should allow for anyone to be whomever they desire. Thus, more people will join your federation due to the extreme amount of freedom that they would have in creating and controlling a character of their own. As far as match results goes, not to disrespect your work or anything, but hun...why don't you just use your imagination? If not? Then you should let somebody with match writing experience write the matches for you every week. Trust me. I've been in an out of a dozen e-feds. Some sucked, and some were the bomb! Coincidentally, the fed's that were "the bomb!" were those where complete freedom is involved.

Again hun, i'm not disrespecting you in any sort. I'm just trying to give you some pointers on turning your e-fed into one to be remembered.
