Sounds good, Jozan - invisibility is almost a must if we are to get a jump on the creature. However, I think the key is for us to concentrate our attacks well enough take out as many heads as possible in the opening round so that the Hydra has a dimished number of attacks during subsequent rounds. (Since I have Full Plate, I would not be a good candidate for invisibility). If we can take out 2, maybe even 3 heads in the first round, the hydra is pretty much defeated.

I can Bull's Strength 2 of the invisibled attackers (Cade and Sasha?). When it's time to fight, I can get off a Spiritual Weapon and follow-up with my bow. We can concentrate our attacks on 2 of the heads and try to bring them down ASAP (go for a third if we're doing well).
