Vicki in Vietnam article
Tue Feb 6 19:41:36 2001

This article is directly tranlated from "Thoi Su" The Vietnamese Weekly newspaper in Vancouver, BC:
The Article goes as follows:

I'M VERY EGARED TO GO TO VIETNAM:
Two of the most famous stars from the movie Hoang chau Gat Gat are going to Saigon to perform at san Thong Nhat on the 11th and 12th of February. This was heard from the words of a Hong Kong Entertainment Company that also has a branch in Vietnam named Ha Thai located in Saigon. The concert will include Vicki/ruby singing duets in Vietnamese and Chinese, along with other Vietnamese singers.

The ticket price ranges from: 130,150, 350 thousand (Vietnamese dong) which is around 13-35$ US. This is the first time that a star from China/Hong Kong has been scheduled to come to Ho Chi Minh City (same as Saigon) in the New Year!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The ticket price seems cheap when converted into Us dollars, but it's actually really expensive in Vietnam.
Boy, do I wish I was there!
