"as for why we play smash, well, there are other games out there but for us nothing even comes close to smash. it is extremely deep, complex, and damn fun too. there is still tons more improvement awaiting the entire smash community, and it's awesome to be a part of it.

i think what really got us going was the tournament experience. before that we were just dicking around, but when you get serious about the game it's the best."

...Wow, that's amazing. I'm a big fan of Smash and I play it alot, and I wonder why the heck I always play it instead of all my new games or games I haven't beaten. I thought that it was weird that you guys liked it so much when I like it so casually, but now I've realized something. I'm just playing it to play it, but you guys are different than me because you're playing to win. It must be such a good feeling, or at least an interesting one, to see Smash in that way. I'm serious about other stuff, but with every thing it feels different. Being serious about Smash must be such a cool feeling. I wish I could feel that way, but I just couldn't make that kind of commitment to Smash.

I'm not saying you guys are married to Smash or in anything, but you see it and think of it a lot more seriously than I do, and I revere how that must feel. ...Now if you'll excuse me, my fingers hurt too much to type for much longer. (Cursed HRC, I played it for over an hour trying to do something using Marth before I realized that it was impossible...) Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions!
