Hello Julie,
Finding a white female between the ages of 18 mos and 3 years will prove to be a bit hard, speaking from my experience, most people are totally bonded to their dog by then and aren't looking to find them a home so late in life.
But....... have you checked Petfinder.org? If you're looking for a pet, you just might find one. Also try contacting the rescue person in your area (below)
