Have you tried tonekote it is a happy jack product I use this on my pups for dry skin. I have also given my pups/dogs yogurt for dry skin just mix it on the food the cheep walmart big container is great. Also you might want to look at your food. I know my dobe gets dry skin depending on the food type I have her on. I have also heard that adding oil ie: food fats to the food might help too. Dry skin need more oils your vet is also a good resource for ideas
