Subject: Looking for MBA Internship - Management Consulting

My name is Ginny Nuckols and I was a member of the Brown University class of 2002. I am writing to find out if any of you have any contacts in the management/strategic consulting industry in London or near by. I am currently pursuing my MBA in international business with the Global Partners Program and Georgia State University. This is an intense, 14 month program where we reside on 4 continents while completing our degrees. We study at COPPEAD, the business school of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (where I currently am - January in Rio doesn't suck, although we do miss Carnaval by a week!), Paris Institut d'Administration des Entreprises � the business school at the Sorbonne, and a two week stay in China visiting local companies in Shanghai and Beijing. It is an incredible program that truly defines the meaning of global. In each local we are taught by local professors in order to experience each culture more extensively. So far it has been immensely rewarding and I believe that it will provide me with a much broader cultural base and experience than other MBA programs.

Within this program we are required to do a 4 month, international internship. I am hoping to spend this time in the management consulting industry in London. I was wondering if any of you have experience in this industry and/or doing business in London and would be willing to talk to me. Or if you have contacts in the industry that wouldn't mind speaking to me, I would appreciate that as well.
