There's another dungeon(some weird maze)in the Spring of Althena(near where you met Jean and where Lucia "walked" in on Hiro and Ruby taking a dip).There's a new entrance in the building housing the spring itself that will lead you here.The maze itself isn't too big,just rather confusing,and you get Alex's Ocarina(from the first game)at the end.Then,make your way back to that lake in the forest where Hiro saw Lucia taking a midnight dip and the ruins in the lake will be accessible.This is the 2nd toughest dungeon in the game,but it's really easy over level 70.At the end,you'll reach a long narrow passage where you can choose whether to fight the boss or not.Examine the odd panel on the right wall to find a secret passage that leads to the 2nd Dragon Eye,or just follow the normal course to fight the boss who deals some really heavy damage.After all that,go back to the forest with that odd blue towerlike structure jutting out of it on the map.Make your way to the Star Dragon Spire(the blue tower,you passed it before on the way to meet Jean while on the run from Leo)and use both Dragon Eyes on the head.It'll open up,giving you access to the final dungeon in the game.The rest is pretty straightforward,just make sure that Hiro is at a pretty high level or has some healing items handy,it's actually pretty easy.
