WANT TO PINK SLIP MALONE?

If there is anything on OLTL right now that you are unhappy with, do you know who's to blame? Why, One Life's very own head writer, Michael Malone! He's been screwing things up since last February (2003), and if it's up to us, we're not gonna let him wreak havoc any longer!

If you want to help join the cause to get Malone fired, here's what you do:

This upcoming Monday, June 21st, write an email to both Alex Wallau and Brian Frons, expressing your concerns about the show's current destructive head writer. Make sure to put "Malone" and "OLTL" in the subject, and mention that you want Malone fired in the first sentence. It would also be helpful to name at least one reason why you are not happy with the show and what Malone is doing to it or why Malone might make you want to stop watching. Naming several can be helpful :)

If you're 100% happy with Malone, you don't need to participate. And of course, we don't all have to agree with each other on everything -- just if we agree that Malone is causing more damage than good to this show, then we can do something about it.

Help spread the word! And don't forget, this Monday, be sure to email Alex and Brian :):

Do I want to pink slip Malone? Why no. He's perfect. I can't think of anything he's done wrong with OLTL. Just because he drops storylines right in the middle with no explanation and has more holes in his stories than clothes in a closet full of moths and forces couples to be together that CLEARLY aren't working(BO AND NORA)and has to kill off every person he lets go and kills long time loved characters in the most disrespectful way imaginable, and writes in the most contrived way I've ever seen, and has brought the ratings down to their lowest point ever, does not mean he's bad! ~end sarcasm~

By the powers invested in "mah"(that's for you Michy:) I hereby pink slip Malone. Sigh...... Why can't it be that easy? One day. One day soon the little obsessed bora who won't take off his blinders to see it ain't workin anymore will be gone. Party when it happens?

Absolutely. Party at mah house :) I know we probably won't get him fired. No, I KNOW we won't get him fired, just by emailing them. But I hope it's enough to make them keep a sharper eye on what Malone's doing. And the next time he screws up (I'm not counting on that taking too long), the higher ups above him are gonna go "hey, he IS screwing up!" :D
