Ok, seriously. If you dont know how to use a message board, come to room 407 SO I CAN HIT YOU IN THE FACE WITH A TACKHAMMER!

Seriosuly though, its pretty simple. Fill out subject and name, and you E-mail adress (if you want, its not required) and then type your message where it says "Type your message here:" and click "send" and there you go.
