Subject: Charlie Chaplin Sketch

I have a copy of a sketch done of Charlie Chaplin...
it was done on a newspaper in 1978. Can't read the
artist's name...looks like "Lindley or Lindsey Bla or Blo.
If anyone can help me with info on the artist it would be
greatly appreciated. He (she) also did one of Groucho
Marx, which I also have.
