One place to look is at the official Oscars site at <a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.oscar.com">www.oscar.com</a>. Just click on the History link and do a search. Not much is there but it's something.

I don't know of any sites that deal with it any more than that :(. There is however an excellent bio documentary called "The Gentleman Tramp" that has clips from that ceremony.
