Go to the address site I've listed below. It explains a lot about CC's signature, etc. I have his signature. I got it in 1973. I just wrote him in Switzerland and he answered me! I couldn't believe it. Anyway, I noticed that as he got older, sometimes he transposed letters in his last name, i.e. he spelled Chaplin as: Chalpin. This is how he signed mine. The little tramp was in his 80's by then.
