Subject: Thanksgiving Day Parade, and our Promotion & Recruitment Festivial!

Ok Ive been thinking this morning on how we can make this work :)

On Friday, the day after the Americian Thanksgiving we will host an event. In order for this to work I need your help. I need you to be there to help me run this event.

We will walk through the main Cities. Dropping runes and spamming City of Bliss Advertisements to our city as we go. We need to keep this part of the event going pretty smoothly... we wont have alot of time to stop and mingle. Lets try to encourage them to go to the castle for that. On the runestones we will have the details of the event. We should also start handing out runestones on Monday and advertising(find me and I will give you a package to make them). I will try to contact Stratics to see if they will post something up about it there.

After we run through the citys we will then relocate back at the castle for dinner. This wont take long... about 10 or 15 minutes... mainly to gather everyone around and explain to them what we will be doing that night.

What we will be doing is giving out free things. I do not want to charge anyone that night. In each corner of the castle we will have a booth. I already have the tailor one set up. The booths will be as follows. Smith/Bowyer, Tailor/Dyer, Scribe, Alchemist/Poisoner, and Cook/Waiter

I can do the Scribe and I think I can get Jacob to do the Dying things. Anyone will be able to be the Cook/Waiter if the food is premade. The waiter will be a very socialable job :) In fact many of you can do this. Those of you who do not have a crafter may wish to sign up!

I know that Jynx has a gm smith, Jeanna has a bowyer, Taragon has a Tailor and I think his wife Adrianna has an Alchemist. A and T also have a cook :)

What I plan on doing when I get these rooms set up is have secure coowner chests. With the new housing rules you can own a house and also coown a house with no problems. What I will do is divide up the secures in the house... all coowners. Set equal amounts in each craft room co-owning the citizens that agree to help that night with the crafting and have you come out sometime to premake all the items that you plan on giving out that night... trust me you dont want the stress of having to make it for them that night. It is very important to me that you premake as much as you can... in case you cannot be there for the event we can get someone else to host your "stall" for you.

For our hosts that night I will pay for all costs either in cash or in resources. I just need your time.
