Great Planning Lady Bliss. Sounds real good. Hey I got another small idea I might share with ya. To add alittle more realisam to the event, we might could put a guest book on writing table either at the front doors or by the guild stone. Then one of us could man that spot kinda like a city clerk and ask guests to sign in. Or maybe have a city recruiter sitting at a desk by the guild stone with a citizen registry book and anyone wanting to become a citizen could sign in the book with thier contact info. Of course the recruiter would also sponsor them on the stone.

Just thought I would add alittle more to your plate. :) But I was hoping we might pick up some more new citizens during the event.
