Alot of the housing in Bliss I do not own.
I am the actual owner of 2 Castles, A Tower, and the Villa. I will have no control over the decoration of the other buildings. I do not ever plan on making the second castle public, so I wont be decorating that anytime soon. The villa I do have plans to decorate and the main castle I know I need to put house addons there.
I am extremely busy. It is very hard to keep the vendors stocked, run guild duties, always talk to ppl when they need something, and still take care of rl. I do enjoy doing all of this, but please remember I have alot on my plate right now.
I hope to turn over Sargent to someone(you'll have to get a new vendor there) soon as this will free up alot of my time. Also as the shard grows older Im hoping that the vendors will slow down some. I do think they are important to have as they keep a constant flow of ppl comming to the city.
I can offer the reagents, and runes, and dye them for anyone that wants to mark. Altho if we do decide to color the stones it might be more successful to actually hand them to indviduals as alot of ppl will pick up the color ones and never go(Im learning from experience now).
I will try to get the tower, and villa decorated soon, but I cant make any promises.
