my bios setting are disabled, and I cannot change them
I have a Dell 3700 laptop.

I deleted my harddrive priotiy and I cannot use my laptop
unless I install any os. but the problem is I dont
have floppy drive, if I did I would of make the cd boot
and istall an os.

if only I can chage CD-DVD my first boot but its my last.

Can anyone help, please
