Subject: We've reopened this forum.

This forum was shut down some time back due to harassment from Cycorp under the name KOBE. We're reopening the forum. Troublemakers will not be tolerated.

The purpose of this forum is to discuss politics. It is open to anyone that does not harass other posters or use it for other ends.
