Hi Joanne,

Sorry to disappoint you but to blindfold a dowser would be like gagging a singer. When dowsing what or whom you are communicating with uses you to control the crystal, therefore wearing a blindfold could stop them from seeing the crystal. Also loosing the sense of sight could cause involuntary movement of the hand as you could try to compensate for any slight pull on the crystal. This would mean that the witnesses would need to know the responses from the individual dowser’s crystal in order to translate the answers. This would make it difficult for witnesses to work with other dowsers. I feel that if the same dowsers and witnesses work together to frequently a bond could form between them and this could possibly corrupt the answers given by the crystal. I don’t know what the other dowsers find but I find that if I am not looking at my crystal it either goes into search mode or sits shaking to attract my attention.

Chris will be emailing John a copy of the procedure used last Saturday to be put on the website. Nice to talk to you again by the way.
