Wow!! Boy do I feel guilty. Maybe I did high school the wrong way. I must have hung out with the crowd that had fun. I thought the times I spent there were much better than work. Not everyday was a diamond, but by a large margin, school was great. No, I didn't take the hardest courses, but I wasn't a gym aid or work in the message center either. Oops, yes I did. Well, at least I had shop. Anyway, I graduated against all expectations.
It's time to let go of those memories of people that were not the most considerate or courteous. Hey, we were in high school. We were still learning how to be adults. We all made mistakes, sometimes embarrassing ones, I did. We hopefully grow and move on from those experiences. I sometimes have a hard time reconciling the person staring at me in the mirror, to the person I remember from school. Let it go, move on, high school is over. School is what you made of it anyway.
