Subject: Are the Paul G. Blazer Sr. High School buildings showing their age?

I attended Paul Blazer Sr. High School when the buildings were not even 10 years old yet. The campus was ultra-modern, the pride of the community, one of the most impressive high school campuses in this part of the country. It's hard to believe that the campus buildings are now more than 40 years old. Actually, they still look relatively new when viewed from a distance during a drive-by. However, I haven't actually walked around the place for many, many years and was wondering if any of you who have been on campus lately could tell me---are the buildings really showing their age now? If you didn't know any better, would you assume as a stranger going inside some of the buildings that they're perhaps no more than 15-20 years old---not the 40-plus years they really are?
