How about getting off the ego trip and the maybe Lava Lamp and down to comprehensive business. A private group needs to be formed in accord with the Main St. program, which is intended to better the business district as a whole. The lava lamp is a cart before the horse chimera. Get off the trip of taking donations for the horseshit. $25 Million could really do something worthwhile in the Main St program or is there not enough personal gain there to make it worth while. Hmmmmmmm?
