i relize that these are older messages,however there is a certain obligation to using the board.1.always know the person your with,(are they more positive,or negative),ths determines alot of what spirit you get.2.always use in a protection circle,never unprotected!!!!3.where did the board come from.it has been my experiance that if you make your own,and train it in then you have better luck in connecting to spirits that are right for you.it doesnt have to be elaberate,at first.get to know your spirits and decorate it to thier personality.the more of you and your personal spirits personality,the less chance of the ones you dont want to come through.good luck,journey safe!!!!
