Ouija Boards are not dangerous in the least bit. I am open-minded as can be, but they are definitely not dangeous. Hear me out:

If someone used a Ouija Board, perhaps they can have a negative experience with it, but that doesn't mean the boards themselves are evil. This relates to the whole skeptical viewpoint about how there's no way that Ouija Boards can work if they are manufactured by Parker Brothers and made of cheap materials. Well, technically speaking, you can use a drinking glass as a pointer and make a Ouija board out of any smooth surface. It's all a matter of focusing one's energy/attention on trying to contact the "spirit world." That's where the negative or positive experiences arise from. It has nothing to do with the Ouija Boards themselves. The boards are nothing more than tools to help one focus. They themselves are neutral. It has to do with the individuals who use them. I've used Ouija Boards many times due to my fascination with most anything supernatural, and I've had some interesting experiences. Nothing negative has ever happened with me, but I also never really allowed anything negative to happen. When I use the boards, I make sure to just be respectful and use common sense. No one knows if using the boards actually opens you up to the "spirit world" or if it just a means of getting in touch with one's own subconscious. But I digress. It just seems more than obvious to me that the boards themselves are not evil, nor are they positive. They are simply tools to help focus.
