Meow, I will cut through the smalltalk and tell you what you need to hear.

The truth is, you are not going to find a used processor upgrade in Malaysia for "a small token". Stop kidding yourself. Regardless of how the used iMac user feels about his machine, if he invested enough to upgrade an old iMac--a bold step that took some effort--you can bet that he won't give it up without a fight. So, sorry, you won't be seeing him throwing away an investment like that.

Now if you like OS X that much, I'd advise that you do either one of the following:

1. Find a processor upgrade, and be prepared to pay full amount for it, or
2. Sell off the iMac, get a Mac that would run OS X decently.

For (1) your best bet is Harmoni G3, USD300 (RM1146) not inclusive of shipping

It will boost your machine to G3 600MHz while adding a much needed FireWire port.

And remember: if you want your Mac to love you, you need to first fall in love with it.
