Hello everyone !!!

Thanks again Randall for getting in touch with me.

First and foremost....the website is not going anywhere. It is on "automatic domain and server renewal" for the next 50 years. The funds are there to make sure that happens :-). By that time, my son or daughter (who grew up on "Carpe Diem" M32-Hull#26...and who STILL are talking about "Carpe Diem") will manage the website :-).

Second......there are a few factors that contributed to this GAP.

1-Email address change: Any of you who had to deal with anything like that, sure know what a PITA it could be.

2-Email Forwarding" involving 25 different scenarios is another PITA.

3-I had been wondering for a while....No MOA updates ??? No new owners ??? That's when the light bulb went on and checked the "Email Forwarding" services.

4-Program Loss...."Dreamweaver" is gone...I had to install other programs to be able to edit MOA files. Still not fully functional but I'm working on it.

5-.....T I M E !!!!!!!!!!
Please DO understand, that to work on a single new owner entry requires 2-3 hours........ 2-3 FREE hours I haven't had since 2005. I have been REALLY busy running 2 businesses (over 100 staff).....and 2 teenagers. The sad part is that I overlook a harbor and have to look at the sailboats bobbing on their mooring lines, daily :-(

I DO check into the forum any chance I get.
Since the "Email Forwarding" corrections I had the chance to see Ed's "Frolic" take to the water. Great job Ed. I can definitely see my self on a woodie M35/40 in mid-ocean.

I'm not going to bore you anymore with what I have to deal with............go out and sail your Mariners.......sail them HARD !!!!!!!!

Best to all,
Bill Kranidis

If you need any help with maintaining the site, I would be happy to volunteer - not very familiar with how to, but I am a quick learner.

This site is very important to many of us.

As the newest member (at least for a while) thanks for spending the time on me.

Dreamweaver gone? I may be able to help.
